Design and Architectural Services
The Design department, headed up by Chartered Building Surveyor, Colin Arnott MCIOB FRICS, provides architectural and other drawing services to accompany planning application submissions. Colin Arnott specialises in historic buildings being accredited by the RICS in building conservation and is able to advise on all aspects of associated building works.
The overall professional service we provide sets us apart from most other practices and has been key to our success over the years. The main advantage to clients is that we can cover almost every aspect of the development process from initial valuations and appraisals to eventual site disposal.
Our main strengths lie in planning, valuation and architecture. However, as necessary we can draw on a close network of experts on a wide range of subjects such as hydrology, transportation or noise pollution.
Building Design
There has been a long tradition of design within the firm, the department being based at our Sevenoaks office where we also have a planning department. Schemes range from new houses and major alterations to commercial projects
The Design Department
Prepares and oversees residential and commercial development projects including CDM, Party Wall Acts and Contract Administration.
Building Conservation
We specialise in the repair and Conservation of buildings including those listed as being of Historical or Architectural Interest and also Schedule Ancient Monuments.
